Description of the problemMy vehicle was taken in for original recall repair in november 2018 to charlie clark nissan. Upon pickup of vehicle, i alerted service man of strong smell of gas and he stated it had been repaired but my filters simply needed to be replaced. I had all my filters replaced three times and attempted to take my vehicle to alternate nissan dealerships due to persistent smell of gas but was told since they're are no open campaigns with my vin. I took my vehicle back to original dealership and have now been told it is indeed leaking fuel as a direct result of the recall but they are unable to cover the costs of the repair due to it already been previously worked on. Vehicle leaks fuel profusely, omits black fumes through exhaust and has issues accelerating. Average fuel usage is 60 miles perfull tank of gas.
