Description of the problem	My radio control stopped working. When trying to raise or lower the volume, the radio dial simply mutes the radio. The steering wheel controls are still working. Dealer informed me that they would need to replace the radio with a refurb and it would cost about $400-$500. This car is 5 years old, the radio dial should not stop working within that time. No other option was made available to me.
