Description of the problem	When refueling vehicle fuel splashes out of reseptical after 10 seconds of fueling. The auto shutoff on the fuel pump activates and refueling stops but not after fuel splashes out on the person refueling the vehicle and creating a hazmat event at the fuel pumps. This does not happen at every fillup but if it happens at but if it does it at a pump it will continue splashing at that pump every time i try to get fuel..
