Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2014 nissan frontier. While driving approximately 25 mph, the front driver steering wheel, front driver and passenger side seat belt air bags deployed without impact. As a result, the contacts view of the road was obstructed and was headed towards a side walk however was able to bring the vehicle to a complete stop to avoid a crash. The contact stated no warning indicator illuminated. The contact sustained a lower arm injury and burn but no medical attention was received. A police report was not filed. The contact called the manufacturer and was informed to take the vehicle to a dealer to be serviced under an air bag recall. The vehicle was taken to local dealer teddy nissan located at 3660 boston rd, the bronx, ny 10469 where it was diagnosed that the system in the air bag and seat belts needed to be replaced but confirmed there was no recall.
