Description of the problem	Vent control valve failed causing vehicle to be unable to be filled with fuel. Pn: 14935-j008 fuel spills violently out of vehicle filler port !!. Fuel runs down side of vehicle onto ground. Fuel sprays all over person trying to fuel vehicle. Code p04488 evap purge problem many nissan models have this problem at low mileage and repeatedly after replacing the vent control valve (valve lasts a short time then freezes closed).
