Description of the problem	This report is submitted with regard to a potential problem with this vehicle. Nissan has sent out a notice that this vehicle has a manufacturing defect. The radiator has a weakness so that it may begin leaking internally, which will contaminate the transmission and bring failure of the vehicle to accelerate, or in the most serious state, failure to move in traffic. Nissan has sent a flimsy warranty extension that is only effective should this catastrophe occur. I am now reluctant to drive said vehicle, fearing breakdown and possible fatality in a highway situation. Nissan should be forced to issue a recall to repair this manufacturing defect before total breakdown occurs. At this point i have talked to a local nissan dealer, and they basically say their hands are tied to help the consumer, due to nissan corporate decisions. Please help hundreds of thousands nissan owners (2005-2010 frontier, pathfinder, xterra) and mandate a recall to repair this potentially dangerous problem.
