| Description of the problem | The transmission started to jump/slip at approx 35 mph.(81800 two weeks later it happened again , now occurring daily (82300). I've read reports of radiator fluid mixing with tran. Fluid causing the problem. I expect a trans. Failure soon. Nissan supposedly has been aware of this for years. Increased warranty to 100,000mi. But charging consumers a $3000 deductible. I have been laid off from work .... I can't afford to spend $3000 on a problem that nissan is running from. It is unfair for the consumer to cough up this kind of cash while nissan continues to ignore the problem and not admit fault. |
