Description of the problem	the fuel gauge malfunctioned it would indicate that it was empty eventhough the tank was full. I talked to service manager, he says that nissan would not cover repair because it was not a recall item. Nissan did have a recall on the same item for the 2006 and 2008 models. They could not explain why the 2007 models were not included.
