| Description of the problem | I have a 2007 nissan frontier, and the gas tank sensor failed like so many others from 2005 to 2010. I ran out of gas the first time and it stopped so suddenly i almost got rear ended. I called nissan and they said that my vin number doesn't fall in the recall list. I am on forums and everyone is having issues with this but they are only picking a few to fix. This is wrong. Anyways now when i fill it up it goes to empty and the light comes on and the check engine light lights. Then after 30 or so miles it ever so slowly starts to climb until it is full. Then for no reason it will go empty again. It keeps going through this cycle. |
