Description of the problem	I am the original owner of a 2007 nissan frontier with 114,000 miles. I took my car into the local nissan dealership for service due to transmission issues. Their assessment astounded me. They informed me that the transmission and radiator needed to be replaced due to a known manufacture defect in the radiator causing antifreeze to be spilled into the transmission. The quoted repair was over $6000. 00. This is my only vehicle and i'm still making loan payments on it. I've treated this vehicle with kid gloves and followed the maintenance schedule religiously. This mechanical issue is due to something that was originally sold to me defective and nissan of north america is unwilling to cover the repairs. This is a widespread issue and has affected many nissan owners. There are even class action lawsuits against nissan to get reparations for repair bills already paid.
