| Description of the problem | My frontier was involved in a fuel level sensor recall in 2010 and was never replaced. The cel came on today(10/17/2018). I called my local dealer and they said the warranty on that part was increased 72;000 miles or three years. So as of today it is expired. I thought if a part was under recall it was for the life of vehicle. I worked at this dealership for over twenty years and never heard of anything like this. If a part is defective does it matter when it fails? |
