Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 nissan frontier. The contact stated that while driving 50 mph, the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree. Upon impact, the air bags failed to deploy. The driver sustained a broken neck, lacerations to the head, and two broken vertebrae. The vehicle was destroyed.
