Description of the problem	The passenger seat belt locks and not able to unlock until taken to dealership. This happened right after i bought vehicle around november 2006, and again same thing seat belt locked while passenger sitting down , this is the second time that happens on 3/2008. Not able to unlock after the first time the part was supposed to have been replaced a year ago.
