| Description of the problem | Purchased a new nissan frontier 2006 model. At 85000 miles transmission started shifting hard and sooner than it should. Local nissan dealership told me i needed a new trans at the cost of $5780 and change. I still drive said vehicle for i have no choice and trans is getting worse. If trans locks up while driving could cause safety issue. Even though vehicle is out of warranty transmission should last more than 85000 miles. Nissan refused to help. |
