Description of the problem	1. When i fill my ,2005 nissan frontier xe ,up with gas or it is to low on gas my fuel gauge will not function properly. The same problem with the 2006 model. 2. The failure is with my fuel sending unit. It occurs all the time. It prohibits me from reading my gas level. 3. Nothing has been done by nissan to correct the problem. The part i need to fix it cannot be purchased through the dealer because they say the unit is on restriction due to the recall on the 2006 model. This same part is covered in the 2006 recall but not for the 2005 model and no one can answer why.
