| Description of the problem | The rubber pad that activates the brake light switch crumbled and fell apart leaving the brake lights continually on with no indication inside the vehicle that an unsafe condition existed. Since the brake lights were continually on drivers to the rear would not have had notification that i was stopping which could have resulted in a severe rear end collision. |
