| Description of the problem | Brakes have been serviced 6 times in 8 months and have failed to stop vehicle 2 times. Dealerships have informed me that this brake problem is occuring in about 35 to 40% of all 2004 nissan armada's and that nissan engineers are preparing a brand new redesign of the braking system for this vehicle over the next 3 months. In the meantime, this vehicle poses a potential life threatening problem for all consumers that have purchased this type of vehicle and should be recalled for safety reasons. A vehicle that runs the risk of not stopping, or imparing ones ability to stop, should be taken off the market, until such time as the situation is fully corrected and documented as corrected. *ak |
