Description of the problem	Third brake failure! Brake lights come on and brakes are grating/grinding. Not the same issue as before- no shaking. I was not able to brake. If i turn off the car and wait 15 min.- the issue is resolved. The dealership has looked at it and noted "no problem". Unless it occurs when they have it, they cannot solve it. The last failure occurred on the highway to illinois and lasted 20 minutes. Had to restart the car several times before the waiting period worked and the brakes worked again. This is not poor brake maintenance. This is an inherent problem with the '04.
