Description of the problem	The plastic mould panel holding the ac outlets, lights and temperature control and radio volume on the 2nd row and 3rd row seats fell off. Luckily no one was sitting behind otherwise they will get hurt and probably will cause injury. This incident happened after passing the speed reducing hump in the neighborhood . I would like to point out that this is a safety hazard that can happen anytime without warning and since this part requires no maintenance you can never tell when they will fall/dislodge from their location.
