| Description of the problem | My finisher console/rear overhead console crashed down from the ceiling while driving. I am relieved that no one was sitting in the back seat at the time or i'm sure it would have injured the passenger. It was apparent that this part was poorly designed since it broke at all 4 hooks. It is very frustrating that the replacement part cost $1,028. 04 (with tax) and an additional $165. 00 in labor. Nissan should be recalling the armada for this defect since it poses a safety risk. |
