Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 nissan armada. The contact stated that after entering the vehicle the interior roof panel was discovered hanging from the roof of the vehicle. The contact indicated that while driving the panel had to be held to avoid it from falling down onto the driver. In a separate incident, while driving approximately 5 mph the interior roof panel detached from the roof and fell inside the vehicle making contact with a passenger seated in the second row middle seat.
