Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2009 nissan armada. While driving 45 mph, the hood of the vehicle began to bounce up and down. The contact pulled the vehicle over and noticed that two bolts had popped out of position and another was about to pop off in a matter of seconds. He would have never checked the hood if it had not popped open while driving. The dealer stated that the contact had to have damaged the hood in order for this failure to occur; therefore, they refused to repair the vehicle. The contact feels that this is very unsafe because the hood could have opened and impaired his visibility. The current and failure mileages were 12,000.
