| Description of the problem | Grinding sound when brakes were applied. Brake light was also illuminated in the dash. The only way to get the brakes working correctly is to turn the car off & back on. This has happened before & was actually brought to a nissan dealership to address the problem. The service manager knew of the problem but said nissan wouldn't cover the cost & i will need to be responsible. This seems to be a common problem with this vehicle & nothing has been done to fix it. This is our main family vehicle transporting my wife & myself along with our 5 & 7 year old. It worries me thinking the brakes could go out at any time on the freeway.
