| Description of the problem | Brake indicator on dash lights up, horrible grinding noise and car has very little braking ability. Had to pull over and let car slowly coast to a stop. Switched off engine set for a few minutes, restarted and vehicle was back to normal. Multiple times. Took in to dealer and was told could possibly be a brake booster at a cost of about 1000. 00 .( 1000 dollar guess for a possible life threatening issue ???) looked in forum and found out that this is happening quite a bit but nissan is not doing anything to fix. Are they waiting for someone to die before they do recall. Car has been sitting for months . Can't risk having family in car and not being able to stop at anytime. |
