Description of the problem	While driving @ approximately 30-35 mph approaching an intersection and slowing down to make a left turn, i noticed that my parking brake light was illuminated on the dash even though i don't have it on. When i tried to step on the brake to stop, a grinding noise was observed coming from my tires and the vehicle shaking as if my brakes locked on my tires. Same thing happened after i made a left turn and stopped on a 4- way stop. *kb
