Description of the problem	"for about the last 6 months we have experienced a half dozen times or so an issue with brakes not working properly. The brakes pulsate when pushed as though the abs is kicking in, grinding is felt and heard and braking only barely works. This only seems to occur at lower (non-freeway) speeds and the issue usually corrects itself upon shutting the engine off and restarting. Appears our issue is to tsb ntb06-040, but i am not sure at this point. Going to try to get it in to the dealership this week and hopefully get this issue fixed. I have researched this issue on the net and it seems to be a common issue (see complaint #s below) with some people having accidents. My wife normally is the driver and carrying my 3 year old twins.... What will it take for this issue to have a recall???
