| Description of the problem | Recurring, intermittent brake issue with 2006 nissan armada off road se. Parking brake light will come on resulting in severe shuddering in the vehicle that is more pronounced during braking. Braking capability is reduced significantly resulting in a potentially dangerous situation, particularly due to the transient nature of the issue. Vehicle must be turned off to reset condition. Nissan dealership tried reprogramming vdc to fix which did not work. Now they are looking at replacing brake boost actuator. Based on my research, problem has been common in 2004 and later model armadas. |
