| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2006 nissan armada. The contact was driving approximately 45 mph with the heater activated when a fluctuation of cold air emitted throughout the vents. In addition, the vehicle began to shake. On one occasion while starting the ignition, the temperature gauge needle became stuck. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who informed the contact that the heater coil valve would need to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired due to the unavailability of the part. The manufacturer had not produced the part for distribution to the dealers. The contact notified numerous dealers and was unsuccessful in locating the part.
