Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2005 nissan armada. The vehicle has continental contitrac aw, size p276/70r18 tires. On june 15, 2007, the vehicle was taken to a mechanic for a tire rotation. The mechanic observed that all four tires were worn. The manufacturer agreed that the tires had premature wear and tread separation and advised the contact to have the tires diagnosed. Claim number 5071419263 was filed with continental tires on july 16, 2007. Continental agreed to pay 50% of the cost to replace the tires, but the contact feels this is inadequate due to recall number 02t012000 (tires:tread/belt). Her vin is excluded from the recall.
