| Description of the problem | This happened twice with the similar incident in june 2013. While driving, brake lights up on the dash board. Emergency brake not engaged. We exited the freeway right away. Loud grinding noise when brakes is applied. The brake pedal is all the way to the floor. It took awhile to completely stop. Thank god. We turned off the engine and restart and the brake light on the dash board is gone and brake is fine again. We brought the car to the nissan dealership yesterday and they did not find anything wrong with the brake system. This is an urgent issue that needs to addressed by nissan. Life is really at stake here. |
