| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2005 nissan armada. While driving various speeds, the brake warning indicator illuminated on the instrument panel. While depressing the brake pedal, an abnormal noise was detected. The contact coasted the vehicle to the side of the road, turned off the engine, waited a few minutes, restarted the vehicle, and the brake warning indicator was no longer illuminated. The contact resumed driving. The vehicle was taken to drexel nissan (5018 township line rd, philadelphia, pa 19026, phone number: (610) 449-2800) where it was diagnosed that the brakes failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 106,000. |
