While driving approximately 35 mph, the contact engaged the brake pedal and an abnormal grinding and pulsation was exhibited by the vehicle. The vehicle failed to properly decelerate. The contact drove to the side of the road and the engine was turned off. Upon restarting, the vehicle resumed normally. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for diagnosis and they were unable to locate the problem. The manufacturer was notified of the constant failure.
