| Description of the problem | I have a 2005 nissan armada that is experiencing intermittent brake light/brake failure. The symptoms happen after initially turning on the vehicle and driving for about 200 yards. When the brakes are applied, the brake light will come on simultaneously with front brake noise. The brake pedal will be very "mushy", but the vehicle will stop. After stopping and turning the vehicle off, the error resets. This problem has happened at least five times in the last two months. I've taken the vehicle to the dealer and they claim there isn't any error code stored so they can't diagnose the problem to fix it. I searched the internet to see if this was a known problem and have found many other incidents, including this website to report this safety concern. |
