Description of the problem	As i was on my way home driving down the highway my truck cut off, this was the third time this has happened in over a year, each time i noticed my fuel gauge was reading 1/4 of a tank, so i check for recalls on the 2005 nissan armada and found that there was a recall for the fuel gauge system but when i called the nissan corp. They told me that the recall was vin specific and there was no recall on my vehicle. I don't understand how that could be, if there is a recall on the 2005 armada for the fuel gauge system and my vehicles fuel system is having the same problem why isn't the recall on all nissan armadas of the same year.
