| Description of the problem | Warning light for airbags started blinking. Took the vehicle to the nissan dealer in college station tx. The dealer ran a computer diagnostic. Was told that the passenger side airbag would not activate in the event of an accident. To repair the problem, the "harness" from the airbag to the computer controller had to be replace for $500+. I was told that this dealership has replaced a "number" of these airbag harnesses. I have not yet repaired the problem. The warning light continues to blink; and my passengers are at severe safety risk if there is an accident. This is a safety issue resulting from a design flaw. |
