| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2018 nissan altima. The contact purchased a lemon (2017 nissan vehicle) and swapped it out for a 2018 altima. The contact stated that the steering wheel in the 2018 altima made clicking and popping noises when turned, which possibly were caused by the linkage in the steering wheel. The vehicle was taken to several unknown nissan dealers, but they claimed that there was nothing to repair. The contact believed that the original dealer (don davis nissan, 1320 i-20 frontage road, arlington, tx 76018, (877) 415-3218) was conducting unethical business practices with her vehicle transactions. The contact had been in touch with several agencies, including the better business bureau, to plead her case. The failure mileage was 3,400. |
