Description of the problem	The rear passenger door can't be opened from the inside. Cabling came loose from the handle apparently. Door is able to be open from the outside. It was like the child safety lock was on. Also the front floor mat eye hook ring tore away from the floor mat allowing it to move up under the gas and break pedal.
