Description of the problem	Very stiff steering at low speed (15-20 miles/h) when effecting a right or left hand turn such as lane change, almost freezing for 1 to 2 seconds. Almost got in a collision, when trying to switch lanes, because of lack of responsiveness of steering wheel. Happens intermittently , with no warning. Dealer could not find the reason for this.
