Description of the problem	I purchased a 2016 nissan altima in 2017. After about 60,000 miles i noticed it started to jerk when i accelerated. Since my oxygen sensor needed to be replaced i thought that was the issue. Once i hit 70,000 miles my transmission completely went out on me. Just 10,000 miles over their factory warranty. Nissan has extended their power train warranty in the past. However, since my car is a 2016 it is not covered in that warranty extension. There are numerous complaints about their cvt transmissions. Rather than fixing the issue they extended it on older models, and left everyone else to fix it on our own dime. Nissan should be held accountable for everyone of their vehicles not just a select few older models. I have owned a nissan for 12 years. Never ever again will i purchase another nissan. Since they obviously do not care about the people that purchase their vehicles
