Description of the problem	I stopped at a light and proceeded to go forward and the car would not accelerate so i pushed hard on the accelerator and the car just took off. I was on a city street. I took it to my mechanic and he said that it's a problem with the transmission. I then took the car to the nissan dealer and they ran a free test and said that i would have to pay $130 to get a diagnostic test. That would let me know if it is the transmission. We purchased the car nine months ago at 30,000 miles and now it is over 60,000 mile s. The warranty has expired at 60,000 miles. Nissan know there is a problem with the transmission and you have drivers with complaints. It is just a matter of time when their cars will hesitate and someone is going to lose their life. My car is not the only one. Families are going to be traveling and these cars hesitate. That is going to be a deadly situation. I don't feel safe driving this car. I will never purchase another nissan.
