Description of the problem	I have a 2016 nissan altima with 85,000 miles that is currently experiencing some issues. I've found multiple people online that are having the same problem. The vehicle at times when pushing down the accelerator will not respond then suddenly take off like it's in 3rd gear. This has caused me too get stuck in intersections with no power and nearly causing accidents. Nissan is saying there is no issue. How can this not be a safety recall?
