| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 nissan altima. While driving 40 mph, the hood flew up on its own and blocked the contact's visibility. As a result, the contact drove over a raccoon or some type of woodland creature. The contact was not injured. The contact stopped the vehicle, slammed the hood down, and drove home.
