Description of the problem	Hello, i drive a 2015 nissan altima s with 115,000 miles on it. The other night i was pulled over for not having my headlights on. The thing is, my headlights were on. My headlights are so incredibly dim (as a result of a factory defect in my vehicle) that the police officer behind me couldn't tell that they were on. I was given a warning and told that i need to address this problem. I have tried to address this issue in the past. I've been to the nissan dealership twice about this, both times i was told that this is a well known issue but there is nothing that can be done besides changing the entire headlight assembly. Even if i do, i was told, this problem will likely happen again. The plastic that immediately surrounds my headlight is cheap, and as it heats up, it produces a gas that fogs up the entire headlight. The left headlight is completely useless and the right one i have around 3 feet of visibility. This has been happening since my car had 25,000 miles on it and i am fed up with it. It is too dangerous for me to drive at night without my high beams on. I know this is happening to lots of other people too. He told me there was nothing nissan was going to do since my car was out of warranty.
