Description of the problem	The halogen projector headlights are dangerously dim as time goes on and new bulbs do not fix the problem. Other altima owners report this same issue and i suspect that the bowl with reflective coating on the projectors is bad. The headlights are very dim and can only illuminate less than 100 feet. The high beams do not have this issue as they are only halogen bulbs and not projectors. One must drive with the high beams on to safely see on the highway and on dark streets and this is not safe for surrounding drivers either.
