Description of the problem	While coming to a stop, the car shook to a stop , engine revved up and shut off.. I was at a busy stop light intersection. I turned car engine back on and press the gas pedal , then car shut off again. I tried one more time and was able to steer car into parlor. We are afraid to drive car, had it towed to dealership. The mechanic has the vehicle gor 18 days and cannot get it to duplicate our problem. I golfed this problems and there is a nationwide problem with cars that gave this type of transmission. The car could shut down and cause accident and we would not be able to prove that the engine turned off. Please help, this is dangerous.
