Description of the problem	While driving car suddenly became very unstable and wobbled until i was able to slow down. At the time i was traveling at a low speed so i was able to stop without losing control. Had this occurred on a highway, it could have been dangerous to myself and others. On investigation lower rear control arm had snapped on passenger side. Apparently this is an issue with nissan altimas. Currently dealer is refusing to repair under agreement with nhtsa because that only impacts 2013 models. This was the same issue as the agreement.
