Description of the problem	The vehicle was in motion when the rpm dial started to move up and down and the car started to slip gears. The car was unable to go into top gear, struggled to go up hills, began shifting gears erratically, and could not acelerate past 40 miles per hour. The car felt very hurky jerky and the ride was the oppposite of smooth. This persisted for over several miles. I got the car to the nissan dealership the next day. According to a class action lawsuit i am involved in that nissan lost, on june 9, 2019, nissan was supposed to fix this issue, but they are refusing to make amends for the issue with the transmission on my car. The case is christopher gann et al. V. Nissan north america, case number 3:18-cv-00966, in the u. S. District court for the middle district of tennessee. My car is at the rockland nissan dealership right now at 845 -358-6700 and they want us to pay for them to diagnose the car because the car is out of warranty even though according to the legal deal they made they are supposed to extend our warranty 24 months or 24,000 miles and pay for any servicing of our transmission.
