Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 nissan altima. The contact stated that the vehicle stalled at a stop light. The engine revved, but the vehicle would not accelerate. The dealer (crown nissan of decatur, 165 w pershing rd, decatur, il 62526, (217) 615-1047) diagnosed that there was internal transmission failure. The dealer and manufacturer opened a case and agreed to reimburse the contact for 90% of the repair cost. The repair would consist of installing a re-manufactured transmission covered by a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty. The contact researched online and found that there was a class action lawsuit filed against the manufacturer because the re-manufactured transmission had a history of failing.
