Description of the problem	My vehicle has been sputtering and jerking since i first purchased it. I have taken it to my local dealership and they kept dismissing me saying there are no warnings dash lights on . The car died in a store parking lot and i had it towed to a local shop. The codes indicated a tech service bulletin that states "needs a new transmission". Now my local dealership is denying this is the correct code and it only needs some minor adjusting. I have been dealing with this for over a year and now my power train warrant expires in less than 100 miles. Initially they agreed with me and told me it needs the transmission replaced, but now they have denied it. I do not feel safe in this vehicle. It sputters,jerks, hesitates and loses acceleration and it is scary to have to drive it. I do not know where to go from here.
