Description of the problem	While driving at night my dim headlights are so dim its as if they are not even on. It doesnt matter if im driving in the city or country its hard and getting harder to see the highway. Ive come close to having an accident several times. Only prevention was switching to high beam to be able to see. So if i end up having an accident due to this somebodys going to be served and spend more money than what they could have by preventing it. This is dangerous. How many people have to go through this? How many accidents were caused by this that resulted in death? We dont know bc they are dead!
